Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Hugs and Kisses XO purchase, you may return it with original receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging. Please note that any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return or exchange. Pending inspection is Hugs and Kisses XO's sole discretion to determine if the item(s) has been used or damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost and no return provided. Sorry, we will not accept returns on personalized items. Please note that shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, any promotion will be void when returning or exchanging an item; promotional pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time frame is based on processing time, plus shipping time. It typically takes 2-3 business days to process an order, and 2-5 business days from the date they were shipped to arrive. Our standard shipping methods are USPS and UPS Ground. Your products may be shipped in different packages. Sales tax of 7.75% will be charged when products are bought in CA.
